1. What information do we collect?

Please note that Ayar is managed by INTELVISOR CO., LTD registered in Japan, therefore your data may be stored, processed, transferred and accessed between companies in Japan or any other country where Ayar or its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners or service providers are located or maintain facilities.

You expressly consent and consent to the transfer, storage and/or processing of your information outside of your country of residence. Notwithstanding, we will process information from or about you in accordance with this Policy and applicable law, wherever that information is stored.

5. How do we handle your social logins?

If you choose to use a social media account to register or log in to our Services, we may have access to certain profile information about you. It may include your name, email address, friend list and profile picture, and other information you choose to make public on such social media platforms.

We do not control and are not responsible for other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media providers. Your personal information if necessary for legitimate business purposes and permitted by applicable law. Once you ask us to close your account and delete your personal information, we will delete or delete all your personal information that we are not required or permitted by law to keep.

You can stop the app from collecting all information by uninstalling the app using the standard uninstall process applicable to your device. Remember, uninstalling the app will not close your account. To close your account, please use the corresponding function on the Service.

If you reside in the European Economic Area and the UK, you have the right to complain to the appropriate data protection authority. If you have concerns about how we process your personal information.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
